Masculinity and Femininity Have Been Subcontracted

Speaking to one of my Indian friends, I came to a revelation the other day.

From an Eastern perspective, dating in the West may look like something out of a movie. Women are now becoming the top earners, many of them are working making 6 figures in the corporate world, and they are becoming the men that decades ago they were looking to marry. Women are the keepers of sex and relationships, they dictate most every acceleration from dating to marriage, and this is just how society wants it. As I have written quite often, society wants women to have it all, and it will outsource masculinity to do that. It has in the form of two faceless entities, the State and the Corporate boss.

Women have two requirements of masculinity: Protection and Provision
